Ceri & Lenny Balston moved to the UK from South Africa in May 2009. Ceri had been absent for 6 years, Lenny had only visited a few times.
They were overwhelmed, in awe of, impressed, excited, and thrilled, by the number of green choices they were now able to make in the consumer lives.
Even more shocking perhaps was how much more people in the UK seemed to be consuming, buy, eat, throw away, and buy again. “There must be some alternatives” they thought.
